Copper Mule Kitchen & Bar, a New American restaurant and bar, has opened on the southeast corner of Scottsdale and Pinnacle Peak in north Scottsdale.
The menu features burgers, sandwiches, tacos, and other entrees (see the lunch and dinner menus.)
The bar offers house mules in five flavors – strawberry, blueberry, mango, blackberry , and passion fruit – as well as ‘‘international” mules with tequila, bourbon, and even Fireball.
Copper Mule is open for lunch and dinner daily.
