Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill has announced its third East Valley location will open on Tuesday, Feb. 18, behind Chandler Fashion Center.
The 7,600-square-foot restaurant is part of the new Chandler Viridian development on the south side of the mall.
The Oregon-based concept made its Arizona debut at Tempe Marketplace in 2011.
