Twist Bistro & Gallery, a chef-driven restaurant and art space, is coming to The Summit shopping center on Scottsdale Road about eight miles north of the Loop 101 in north Scottsdale.
It’s taking over a 1,876-square-foot space that formerly was home to The Bourbon Cellar steakhouse and Teatro Pizzeria.
Twist’s menu will offer a ‘‘Mediterranean inspired American’’ fare. A gallery will feature local artists.
A mid-March opening is expected.
