Mixt, a San Francisco-based chain of health-focused fast-casual restaurants, will make its Arizona debut at the Scottsdale Quarter this spring.
Although best known for its large salads, Mixt also offers chef-crafted grain bowls, sandwiches, and market platters.
The chain began in San Francisco in 2005 as Mixt Greens, and now has 14 locations in California and one in Texas.
The Scottsdale location – which is in a newly constructed building it will share with The Yard, several retail stores, and 200 apartments – is scheduled to open in March.
