If you’ve been to SanTan Village shopping center in Gilbert this week, you may have noticed all the construction activity at the former Cantina Laredo, which closed last month.
They’re already working on Bourbon & Bones, a chophouse offering steaks, prime rib, and a raw bar along with more than 300 bourbons and whiskeys.
Valley-based restaurant group Square One Concepts, best known for Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, announced last November it planned to open its second Bourbon & Bones at the mall.
The original debuted in Scottsdale in 2016.
No timeline for the Gilbert location has been announced, but look for a mid-year opening.
