Oregon-based Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill officially opens its fifth Valley location – and third in the East Valley – at 11 a.m. today on the southwest corner of Price and Frye behind Chandler Fashion Center.
The 7,633-square-foot restaurant is part of the new Chandler Viridian development.
The restaurant’s large menu focuses on burgers, sandwiches, and pizzas, and its bar has 26 beers on tap.
Thirsty Lion made its Arizona debut at Tempe Marketplace in 2011. It opened another location at SanTan Village in Gilbert in 2016.
