Year-old Amici Pizza in southwest Mesa has bolstered its menu with the addition of four Chef Specials:
- Chicken Marsala: Lightly floured chicken sautéed in homemade marsala wine sauce with mushrooms and onions ($16.99);
- Chicken Francese: Lightly floured chicken sautéed in lemon-wine sauce ($16.99);
- Eggplant Rollatini (pictured): Hand-breaded and rolled eggplant stuffed with ricotta and topped with marinara and mozzarella cheese ($15.99);
- Shrimp Scampi: Shrimp sautéed in garlic, butter, and cream ($17.99).
Each Chef Special is served over spaghetti with a small house salad.
