Baja Joe’s Mexican Cantina in northeast Mesa has set up a GoFundMe campaign to support its employees and their families.
The restaurant, which is open for takeout and delivery from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., is trying to keep as many as possible working by starting in-house delivery and other projects.
The restaurant’s owners have pledged to match every dollar donated.
