The Living Room in south Chandler is the latest East Valley restaurant to experiment with market-like commissary service.
Besides prepared meals, the wine cafe and lounge is selling meat, dairy, produce, and other supplies – including toilet paper, paper towels, wet wipes, and hand sanitizer.
Orders can be placed online or by phone for next-day pickup from noon to 7 p.m. daily.
Other local restaurants doing commissaries or markets include Ginger Monkey in south Chandler, Vito’s Pizzeria & Italian Ristorante in east Mesa, Queek Creek Olive Mill, and U.S. Egg in Chandler and Tempe.
