Bisbee Breakfast Club, a well-liked breakfast-and-lunch eatery known for its homestyle breakfasts and house-made pies, has launched its second East Valley location on the southeast corner of I-10 and Ray in west Chandler. It takes over the 6,800-square-foot building that formerly was home to Paradise Bakery & Cafe.
The concept, which debuted in its namesake southern Arizona mining town in 2005, opened a Mesa location in 2014. It also has four locations in Tucson and one in Marana.
Breakfast options include potato cakes with sour cream and apple sauce, blueberry wally cakes, and baked oatmeal. The highlight, however, is the Uncle Ronnie Swanson – four eggs and a double portion of bacon, sausage, or ham.
Named for a popular character on former NBC sitcom ‘‘Parks & Rec,’’ it comes with the optional shot of Lagavulin. (If you were a fan of the show, you understand.)
Lunch temptations include the signature Erie Street Club, a spicy Sonoran shrimp wrap, and a Gooey Louie burger with house-made Jim Beam barbecue sauce.
Bisbee Breakfast Club is open from 6 a.m.-2:05 p.m. daily.
