Fast-growing Salad and Go to launch 3 more Valley locations this month

By Jess Harter Tuesday, June 2, 2020

Gilbert-born healthy fast-food concept Salad and Go, which opened its 16th and 17th Valley locations in May, plans to launch three more this month.

The just-opened locations are on the southeast corner of Gilbert and Queen Creek in south Chandler and the northwest corner of 19th Avenue and Northern in west Phoenix.

Scheduled to open this month:

  • Southwest corner of Rural and Broadway in south Tempe
  • Southeast corner of 35th Avenue and Greenway in west Phoenix
  • Northeast corner of Seventh Street and Dunlap in north Phoenix

The Tempe location also will include the concept’s first corporate offices.

Former school teacher Roushaun Cristofellis and her husband, Tony, launched Salad and Go in 2013 after they were unable to find healthy fast-food options in their Gilbert neighborhood.

The menu offers chef-created salads (also available as wraps), as well as breakfast burritos and bowls.
