The Brass Tap in downtown Gilbert announced it will close Monday – but the 15-month-old location plans to reopen next month as a Creole restaurant and bar.
The Florida-based chain made its Arizona debut at Mesa Riverview in February 2014. The local franchisees added the Gilbert location in March 2018.
