The Buffalo Spot, a California-based chain specializing in Buffalo chicken wings, has opened its fourth East Valley restaurant on Southern between Dobson and Alma School, across from Mesa Community College.
Wings (traditional or boneless), tenders, and chicken burritos come with a choice of 14 sauces.
The signature menu item, however, is the ‘‘world-famous’’ Buffalo Fries – french fries covered with boneless Buffalo chicken pieces.
The Buffalo Spot also has East Valley locations in east Mesa, Tempe, and Gilbert.
Hours are 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.
