Popular Ahwatukee pizzeria Zesty Zzeeks will close next week for a makeover and the installation of some new equipment. The pizzeria will close at 8 p.m. Sunday, July 12, and plans to reopen at 10 a.m. Friday, July 17.
The Ahwatukee restaurant, which opened in 2013, is the oldest of the concept’s four East Valley locations. The Tempe location and the two in Chandler will remain open next week.
