By Jess Harter Tuesday, August 4, 2020

Last month, MXSW reported The Brass Tap in downtown Gilbert was closing and the space was going to be transformed into a Creole restaurant.

Da’Bayou Creole Kitchen, which also offers Southern-style seafood and Bourbon Street-inspired cocktails, is now open.

Hours are 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday.

The Brass Tap‘s other location at Mesa Riverview remains open.
