Mike’s Grub, an eclectic quick-service eatery that splits its small menu between comfort foods and healthy-focused fare, has opened in Tempe.
Owners Mikey Mitschele, Michael Bennett, and Jeremy Davenport have taken over a portion of a former car wash near the southeast corner of McClintock and University.
Comfort foods include pizza, tacos, bacon mac and cheese, and carne asada fries. The healthy side of the menu offers micro green salads and oat milk horchata.
More menu items are in the works.
Mike’s Grub is open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Closed Sunday.
