The restaurant’s staff makes a trip to Hatch, N.M., at the end of every summer to buy their year’s supply of chiles, which are the signature ingredient of most New Mexican dishes.
Customers’ orders of chiles will be roasted and ready for pickup during a parking lot party Aug. 28-29.
