Pesto Italian Eatery, a new fast-casual build-your-own-pasta concept, will make its debut near Chandler Fashion Center this fall.
Not to be confused with Pesto’s, a longtime Italian restaurant also in Chandler, Pesto will be located on the northeast corner of the 101 and Chandler Boulevard.
Diners will be able to choose from several kinds of pasta (including gluten-free) made fresh daily, several different sauces, and a variety of meat and vegetable toppings.
The owner is Cosmo Magliozzi, the son of celebrity chef Antonio Magliozzi, whose clients have included Tom Cruise and Sylvester Stallone.
No opening date has been announced.
