Alibi, a rooftop bar and restaurant, has opened to the public at the new Canopy by Hilton Tempe Downtown hotel near the northeast corner of Mill and University.
Customers can enjoy panoramic views of downtown Tempe, craft cocktails, and global street food from chef Ken Arneson.
Alibi features a pool, lounge seating, cabanas, a fire pit, and retractable glass walls.
For now, Alibi is open 3-11 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturday.
