El Taco Santo, a popular Valley food truck that opened a bricks-and-mortar restaurant in Ahwatukee in November, is opening a second in Gilbert.
It will be located in the under-construction plaza on the southeast corner of Gilbert and Warner that also will include a Black Rock Coffee.
El Taco Santo specializes in Sonoran-style grilled tacos and quesadillas.
No opening date has been announced.
