Venezia’s Pizzeria fundraiser provides food bank with 25,000 meals

Kudos to Venezia’s Pizzeria, which raised $5,000 for United Food Bank last week.

The locally chain’s five Valley locations donated $1 from every pizza sold from Aug. 17-19. The $5,000 will provide 25,000 meals for families in need.

“Food insecurity is a huge problem right now so we just had to do our part to help,” Venezia’s owner Domenick Montanile says.
