National Gyro Day is Sept. 1, but St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church in Chandler will be celebrating Saturday with a drive-through gyro sale.
The church, which hosts the annual A Taste of Greece festivals, will be selling chicken and beef gyros ($8), fries $4), and baklava ($3) for takeout only from 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
Advance orders are recommended by calling 480-85-5713 or going to the fest’s website.
St. Katherine is located near the southwest corner of Dobson and Elliot.
