Dallas-based Twin Peaks has broken ground on its fourth Valley restaurant in the southeast corner of Tempe Marketplace.
The 7,100-square-foot restaurant is being constructed on the last remaining vacant lot at the shopping center.
The so-called ‘‘breastaurant’’ concept features a comfort-food menu, lots of TVs, and young female servers in revealing uniforms.
The chain made its Arizona debut in north Scottsdale in 2012. It opened additional locations in Phoenix in 2013 and Glendale in 2018.
The Tempe restaurant is expected to open in early 2021.
