Nicholas Campisano and Joshua James, the guys behind Clever Koi and Fellow Osteria & Pizzeria, are bringing a new fast-casual concept to the ASU SkySong campus in south Scottsdale.
Broth & Bao will feature Clever Koi-inspired build-your-own ramen bowls, bao buns, and more.
The 2,500-square -foot eatery will share a building with Fellow Osteria.
Look for an opening in November.
