Wally Ansari, owner of Ghett Yo Tacos, Burritos & Sliders in downtown Chandler, is opening a sibling restaurant, Ghett Yo Pizza, Sliders & More, in Ahwatukee.
It’s taking over the former Jimmy & Joe’s Pizzeria in the Safeway center on the southwest corner of 48th Street and Elliot.
Originally called just Ghett Yo Taco when it launched in 2017, the concept’s menu and name was expanded in January.
No opening date for the new location has been announced.
