A couple weeks ago, MXSW broke the news former NASCAR driver Michael Waltrip was opening a brewery in the Valley (see story). Now, Michael Waltrip Brewing has signed a distribution deal with Hensley.
Arizona’s largest beer distributor will ship Waltrip’s current Two-Time line of beers – Checkered Past (a coconut IPA), Blonde (a blonde ale), and Vamanos (a Mexican lager) – to most of the Arizona.
The brewery and taproom is expected to open by the end of this year in north Phoenix.
