Ghett Yo Pizza, Sliders & More, a sibling concept to downtown Chandler’s Ghett Yo Tacos, Burritos & Sliders, opens today in Ahwatukee.
It takes over the former Jimmy & Joe’s Pizzeria in the Safeway center on the southwest corner of 48th Street and Elliot.
Unlike its Chandler sibling – and as its name indicates – the new concept will serve pizzas instead of tacos and burritos.
Twelve specialty pizzas are available in three sizes – 10, 14, or 18 inches – or you can build your own. There also are 11 kinds of sliders, plus appetizers and salads.
No alcohol is available.
Ghett Yo Pizza is open 10:30 a.m.-midnight daily.
