Beaut Burger, a 2-year-old vegan restaurant in Tucson, is opening a second location near the southwest corner of 34th Street and Indian School in Arcadia.
The newly constructed eatery will offer 11 specialty burgers, plus a vegan Reuben sandwich, a vegan crab cake sandwich, and beer-battered cauliflower bites.
Fries are cooked in expeller-pressed sunflower oil.
Owners Kerry Lane and Ari Shapiro also plan to open a dairy-free ice cream shop called Bristlecone next door to Beaut Burger.
They hope to open B\both businesses in January.
