Eatalio Pasta & Wine, a new fast-casual Italian concept, has opened in the former Local Eats strip-mall space on the northwest corner of Higley and Chandler Heights in southeast Gilbert.
The concept is a pared-down version of the owners’ Napoli Italian Restaurant in Loma Linda, Calif.
The menu features pizzas ($11-$14), pastas ($11.99-$14.99), and entrees such as meat lasagna ($13), chicken Marsala ($15), and salmon piccata ($16).
A full bar offers beer, wine, and cocktails.
Eatalio is open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.
