Last December, MXSW broke the news that Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, a chain of Napa-inspired wine bars, would make its Arizona debut near the southeast corner of Scottsdale and Frank Lloyd Wright in north Scottsdale.
Now we finally have a covid-delayed opening date: Dec. 7.
The Chicago-based chain features scratch kitchens, wine tastings, wine clubs, wine shops with wines and accessories, and expansive eating areas for both leisurely dining and business meetings.
The Scottsdale restaurant will be the concept’s western-most location. A second location is planned for Chandler in 2021.
Cooper’s Hawk will be hiring more than 100 employees – including kitchen staff, houseworkers, tasting room attendants, servers, hosts, and bartenders – starting Monday, Oct. 19, at 16495 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 106, Scottsdale.
Open interviews are scheduled for Oct. 20-21, and Nov. 3-4. Text CHSD to 77948 to apply.
