A new brewery – Wicked Brews, Bites & Spirits – is coming to the former Uncle Bear’s space on the southwest corner of I-10 and Ray in Ahwatukee.
Not much is known yet about the newcomer, whose partners include Chip Mahoney, a former GM at Bar Louie’s, and Zach Schroeder, a former head brewer at Sonoran Brewing and Phoenix Ale Brewery.
