Two months ago, MXSW was the first to report Pesto Italian Eatery, a new fast-casual build-your-own-pasta concept, would make its debut in Chandler this fall (see story). Now we know when: Monday, Nov. 2.
Besides its opening date, the concept also announced a new name: Pasta78, a reference to the 78 different combinations of pasta, sauce, and protein diners can choose from.
(The name change avoids a conflict with Pesto’s, a longtime Italian restaurant just a couple miles away.)
Pasta78 is located on the northeast corner of the 101 and Chandler Boulevard.
