The team behind The Living Room and Rock Lobster are introducing a new concept – Salt & Smoke Mesquite Seafood Grill – in the same building at Downtown Ocotillo in south Chandler.
It’s taking over the 50-seat space formerly occupied by Humble Pie, which closed earlier this year, on the southwest corner of Dobson and Queen Creek.
Salt & Smoke is connected to its sister restaurants and shares a kitchen and restrooms with The Living Room.
The new concept opened for ‘‘practice’’ sessions Wednesday, but will hold its public grand opening Monday, Nov. 2.
