The Kolache Cafe, an Ahwatukee bakery specializing in its namesake Czech pastries, has announced its grand opening will take place Nov. 13-15.
It’s located on the northeast corner of Ray and Ranch Circle in the same shopping center with The Buzzed Goat and Moku Hawaiian.
Kolaches typically feature fruit surrounded by puffy yeast dough, although variants can contain cheese, egg, or other meats.
