Eatalio Pasta & Wine, a new fast-casual Italian concept that debuted in southeast Gilbert last month (see story), already is planning a second location in the town.
It’s taking over the former La Calabria space on the southwest corner of Val Vista and Williams Field. La Calabria closed in September.
Eatalio offers pizzas ($13-$16), pastas ($13-$16), and entrees such as meat lasagna ($15), chicken Marsala ($17), and salmon piccata ($17).
No opening date has been announced.
