Luca Gagliano, owner of downtown Phoenix pizzeria Forno 301, is launching a drive-through concept called Slice Eat in south Scottsdale.
It’s taking over the former Filiberto’s on the southwest corner of Scottsdale and Thomas.
Slice Eat, which also will have counter service, will offer wood-fired pizzas (whole or slices), pastas, and other Italian entrees.
A Nov. 16 opening is planned.
