The Hudson Eatery & Bar, a fast-casual hangout in Tempe’s Hudson Manor neighborhood, will hold its soft opening with limited food and drink menus at 11 a.m. today.
The space: The heavily renovated building, formerly a real estate office, includes a 22-tap bar and a new covered patio with stave fencing made from bourbon barrels (pictured) near the southwest corner of Apache and McClintock.
Menu highlights: Kabob burger with fries ($1), barbacoa sandwich and fries ($14), yellow rice and curry potato stew ($7), Southwest mac with chicken, black beans, corn, and pepper medley ($11), tahini pasta ($7).
Note: For now, only patio dining and takeout is available.
