Monroe’s Hot Chicken, the 21-month-old downtown Phoenix eatery specializing in Nashville-style hot chicken, has opened a second location at The Watermark on the north side of Tempe Town Lake.
Where: The $150 million mixed-use development is located near the southwest corner of Scottsdale and the 202.

The background: The fast-casual Monroe’s was launched by Larry White, best-known for Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles.
