Pasta78, a new fast-casual build-your-own-pasta concept, has opened on the northeast corner of the 101 and Chandler Boulevard in Chandler.
What’s in a name? The name is a reference to the 78 different combinations of pasta, sauce, and protein diners can choose from.
Menu options: Pasta (fettucine, fusilli, parpadelle, rigatoni, spaghetti chitarra, strozzapreti, or gluten-free) and sauce (Bolognese, diavola, lobster cream, marinara, pesto, or tre fromaggi) is $8.99. Add meatball, sausage, or chicken for $1.99 or veggies for $1.50.
Hours: Pasta 78 is open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday=Saturday.
