New York-based Grimaldi’s Pizzeria has unveiled its first ‘‘ghost kitchen’’ – offering food only for takeout or delivery – in Scottsdale.
The space: It’s located in the Kitchen United MIX space on the southwest corner of Scottsdale and Shea in Scottsdale.
The menu: It offers the same pizzas, calzones, salads and desserts as the dine-in restaurants.
What’s next? Grimaldi’s plans to roll out the concept nationwide.
