Herb n Smoke, a Mesa-based food truck specializing in barbecue, is opening a bricks-and-mortar restaurant in downtown Mesa.
The space: It will be located next to recently opened Taco Chiwas on the south side of Main between MacDonald and Robson.
The menu: In addition to smoked meats like brisket and pulled pork, the food truck serves burgers and street tacos. No word yet on the restaurant menu.
The timeline: The restaurant is scheduled to open in January.
