Three French chefs from the Buschetz family of restaurants are launching what they hope will become a monthly Chefs’ Carte Blanche dinner at 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14, at Cuisine & Wine Bistro in south Chandler.
The inaugural event: A seven-course dinner will be prepared by Fabrice Fabrice, chef-owner of Cuisine & Wine; his son, Steven Buschtetz, chef de cuisine at B Gastrobar in Gilbert; and Mike Maitrel-Burgard, chef de cuisine at Copper & Logs in Gilbert.

The details: Reservations must be made by Friday, Dec. 11. Cost is $225 per person plus tax and tip.
What’s next? The three chefs hope to be joined by a different guest chef every month for future Carte Blanche dinners.
