Prolific Valley restaurateur Sam Fox launches his latest concept – Fly Bye, a so-called ‘‘ghost kitchen’’ offering only food to go – today.
The space: Fly Bye operates out of The Yard near the southwest corner of Seventh Street and Montebello in central Phoenix.
The menu: Detroit-style pan pizza (nine varieties), chicken tenders and wings (with choice of eight sauces), and salads.
Hours: 3 to 9 p.m. daily.
What’s next? Fox also plans to introduce a ghost kitchen version of Flower Child in Tempe in 2021.
