Top Cup, a coffeehouse that also serves breakfast, salads, and sandwiches, has opened on the northeast corner of Val Vista and Riggs, across the street from Basha High, in south Gilbert.
Drink highlights: Signature coffee drinks include Macanilla, Snickerdoodle, and German Chocolate Cake Mocha. Teas, smoothies, and energy drinks also are available.
Food highlights: Sweet potato and cream cheese toast, veggie frittata, goat cheese salad, pizza panini, baked falafel wrap.
Hours: Top Cup, which has a drive-through, is open at 5 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 6 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday.
