It’s been more than a year since MXSW broke the news that Square One Concepts, the Valley-based restaurant group best known for Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, was bringing its Bourbon & Bones concept to San Tan Village in Gilbert.
The latest: Square One now says the boutique steakhouse will open in mid-January in the former Cantina Laredo space. At 6,750 square feet, it will be much larger than Scottsdale’s 4,000-square-foot interior.
The menu: Bourbon & Bones, which debuted in Scottsdale in 2016, offers steaks, prime rib, and a raw bar along with more than 300 bourbons and whiskeys.
