The Stone, a Korean tofu house, has opened across the street from H Mart on the northeast corner of Dobson and Main in west Mesa.
The space: It takes over the stand-alone building that formerly housed Izzy’s Bakery & Cafe.
The menu: The menu is very limited during the soft opening, but eventually will offer nine varieties of soft tofu soup, as well as bulgogi (grilled meats), bibimbap (rice dishes), hot pots, and more.
