Over Easy to unveil 8th Valley location next week in SW Mesa

Over Easy, a local chain of breakfast-and-brunch eateries, will open its eighth Valley location – and fourth in the East Valley – next Tuesday, Dec. 22.

The space: It takes over the building that was the longtime Thai restaurant Pink Pepper and most recently was home to French restaurant Ella’s Cuisine, which closed in March.
