Great news for Philly cheesesteak fans! Forefathers is launching a third location in south Chandler.
The space: It’s taking over the former Farmboy Market, Meats & Sandwiches strip-mall space, which closed in August, on the southwest corner of Alma School and Queen Creek.
The history: Locally owned Forefathers – which serves cheesesteaks, salads, and fries – debuted in south Tempe in 2007 and added a Scottsdale location in 2017.
The timeline: No word on an opening date for Chandler yet, but look for early 2021.
