Air Guitar finally breaks ground at Epicenter project in Gilbert

Air Guitar, a new convenience store concept from a group that includes the founders of Postino, finally has broken ground in Gilbert.

The location: It’s located at the Epicenter development on the northwest corner of Higley and Ray

What is it? A convenience store that will pair ‘‘heathy grab-and-go items with premium beer and wine and exceptional coffee and tea.’’

The timeline: The much-anticipated store, originally scheduled to open this year, now is expected to debut next fall.
