Over Easy launches 8th Valley location in southwest Mesa

Over Easy, a local chain of breakfast-and-brunch eateries, has launched its eighth Valley location – and fourth in the East Valley – in southwest Mesa.

The space: It takes over the building on the southeast corner of Dobson and Guadalupe that was longtime Thai restaurant Pink Pepper and, most recently, French restaurant Ella’s Cuisine.

Hours: 6:30 a.m.-2 p.m. daily.
